Guaranteed Reservations:
In most cases there is no need in securing your reservation with a credit card, you are eligible for our Reservation Guarantee without it. Only reservation for several rooms and certain arrival dates must be guaranteed to a major credit card (e.g. Diners, Visa, MasterCard). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit
In order to be sure that there are no changes in a reservation the hotel has a right to make some telephone calls to the person who made a reservation. There will be no phone calls if the booked stay was paid (total or part) or it was secured with a credit card.
* Prepayment (upfront money) is not a necessary condition to make a guaranteed reservation. But it is desirable that you pay in advance for your booked stay (for the first day only or for the whole stay completely).
* If accommodation is paid for in cash (in ready money) or by credit card – payment has to be done at check in. You do not have to pay for the whole stay at once, you might pay regularly for a day or several days in advance.
* If paying by bank transfer (Russian Roubles only) prepayment is absolutely necessary. * Payment at check out is unacceptable, inadmissible.
