* It is advisable that you should use e-mail to contact our hotel. That is the best way to fully understand each other. Our Reservations department will respond to your e-mail shortly (maximum in 1 hour, except for night time).

Early Arrivals and Late Departures:

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room before (2pm), we recommend reserving an 'early arrival' to guarantee immediate access (from 8:00 AM) - which costs 50% of the daily rate (breakfast is not included). Similarly, for late departures, reserving a 'late departure' will guarantee access until you leave the hotel (before 23:00 PM) - which costs 50% of the daily rate. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage at the luggage room. *If an 'early arrival' was not reserved and was not guaranteed by the hotel - requests for early check-in will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in – free of charge.

For peace of mind, you will receive an e-mail (or a fax messsage) including details of your reservation with a confirmation reference number (it is recommended that you keep a note of this number, preferably by printing the page).

Guaranteed Reservations:
In most cases there is no need in securing your reservation with a credit card, you are eligible for our Reservation Guarantee without it. Only reservation for several rooms and certain arrival dates must be guaranteed to a major credit card (e.g. Diners, Visa, MasterCard). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit.



In order to be sure that there are no changes in a reservation the hotel has a right to make some telephone calls to the person who made a reservation. There will be no phone calls if the booked stay was paid (total or for the first day only) or it was secured with a credit card.

If a reservation is for 1 guest per room - bed preference is subject to hotel availability. If there are 2 or more guests per room - please, specify: King (double) or two beds (twin).

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from mistake or error.
